Crystal is the driving force behind the operations of the Liger Realty duo, expertly coordinating a talented team of contractors, vendors and other stakeholders. With over two decades of experience in the corporate fashion industry, she honed her skills in managing, developing, and sourcing for major organizations like Gap Inc, Carter’s, and OshKosh B’gosh. However, her journey took a transformative turn after a life-changing retreat in Bali, where she was surrounded by 28 strangers on a spiritual journey that reshaped her vision and purpose.

Inspired by this newfound clarity, Crystal returned to the States with a renewed sense of purpose, deciding to leave her corporate career behind to pursue work that truly resonated with her passions. Her first leap into this new chapter was flipping her first house and her exceptional project management skills and eye for design quickly caught the attention of the DIY Network and HGTV, where her work was soon featured on multiple shows.

Crystal’s creativity and passion for design have made her a standout in client relations, ensuring a seamless and cohesive experience from concept to completion. When she’s not scaling businesses with Liger Builders—where she’s applied her meticulous operations expertise to help build a company rooted in integrity, creativity, and excellence—Crystal cherishes moments with her daughter and pup, always finding time to explore personal growth.
