Are you Licensed & Insured?
Yes, Liger Builders is a Licensed General Contractor. We carry General Liability Insurance.
How long will it take for an estimate?
This depends on the scope of work, but in general it takes 1 to 2 weeks for a comprehensive estimate. Estimates are valid for 60 days.
What permits are needed for construction?

~ Plumbing Permit
~ Mechanical Permit
~ Zoning Permit
~ Environmental Permits
Do you offer Design services?
We currently do not offer in house design services, but have reputable designers we
can recommend in assisting in executing your designs.
Do you work with Architects & Engineers?
Yes, we have preferred architects & engineers we can recommend for the
execution of your plans.
Do you Handle Insurance Claims?
Yes, we can work with you and your insurance company to get an estimate
together for your claim & throughout the repair process if necessary.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept electronic transfer, checks & credit cards as payment forms.
